Stu and his team were a real pleasure to work with. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Stu is a trustworthy individual and proved it many times throughout the process of remodeling our home. I am very happy with the final product and if I were to build a home or complete another remodel in the future Stu will be the first person I call. He had great ideas for both cost savings and improvements during our home remodel. He stayed on top of scheduling, requested follow ups, and got with us regularly to get approvals and to let us know what to prepare for during each phase. While it was still a lot of work remodeling our home, my wife and I enjoyed the process which I’ve heard is a rarity in the business. The project was completed at budget except for specific upgrades we requested and on time. If what you are looking for is a quality product at a fair price I would recommend Stuart Cavner of Innovative Builders & Remodelers.

After we had water damage, Innovative Builders & Remodelers installed bead board in the laundry room, subfloor in the master bedroom walk-in closet, and baseboard throughout the upstairs main floor. I have also seen decks installed by this professional company. All of the work was excellent in every way. Further, the installers were prompt, courteous and great about what needed to be done and why. They were wonderful to work with in every way!
