I enjoyed the easy going yet professional way the team has of doing business. They all has a very professional attitude towards their craft and want nothing more than to present the perfect finished product to their customers and yet they are very personable and fun to work with. Not one of them was flustered when we hit a challenge they simply worked around the obstacle to ensure the end product was what I was expecting. Stu was an absolute joy to work with and I now consider him a friend. Travis and Matt were at the top of my “go to” list for multiple projects and Don was always available to keep me updated on the paperwork/scheduling side of the project. I had heard many horror stories from friends who had their home built but my experience with Innovative was a dream. Naturally, there were unexpected surprises here and there but nothing that wasn’t easily remedied. I have recommended them to many friends for projects big and small and will only use Innovative for future projects at my new home. When people ask me if I would ever build a house again, my answer is always a resounding yes and that is all thanks to the team at Innovative. I can’t thank them enough for making my Dream Home a reality.
