We had water damage in our kitchen and eating area due to roof leakage that was caused by ice and snow from the winter weather. We called Stuart because we had hired his company previously for a few small jobs and were very satisfied. This was going to be a big job and we had to live in the house while the work was being done. First, the problem needed to be fixed. Stuart’s team got right on it and repaired the roof. Then we needed to decide on a plan for the kitchen/eating area. I had a pretty good idea about what I wanted but I really respect Stuart for clearly stating that some of my ideas were not really going to work and offered solutions. Innovative Builders & Remodelers came in and gutted the entire kitchen/eating area. We had no sink or stove and we had to use a microwave oven in one of the back bedrooms. Stuart’s team seemed to us to be fast and effective. They even moved the gas line so the oven could be relocated. I did have concerns along the way and they were addressed immediately. I will recommend this company to others and we will hire them again.
