Starting January 1st, 2009 and extending through December 31st, 2010, tax credits will be available to consumers for home improvement projects to their primary residence.
Under the Federal ENERGY STAR® Program, homeowners are eligible for up to a $1,500 tax credit for most home improvements to insulation, windows & doors, and roofing, as well as ugrades to existing heating appliances.
